Terms and Conditions for Bliss Hub SA Natural Healing Services

Welcome to Bliss Hub SA. By booking or participating in our services, including Reiki, crystal healing, and intuitive massage, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Bliss Hub SA offers holistic wellness services, including but not limited to:

• Soothing Power of Reiki: Energy healing sessions aimed at balancing energy and promoting relaxation.

• Crystal Healing: Sessions utilizing crystals to support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

• Intuitive Massage: Therapeutic and intuitive massage sessions to promote physical and mental relaxation.

All services are provided by Bliss Hub SA and its qualified practitioners. Services are complementary and not intended to replace medical or psychological treatment.

2. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments can be scheduled via email (info@blisshubsa.com) or WhatsApp (+27 65 615 6368).

• Clients must provide accurate contact information and preferred appointment times.

• A confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp. Appointments are not confirmed until you receive this confirmation.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of prepayment (if applicable).

3. Client Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk

• Health Disclosure: Clients must inform Bliss Hub SA of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to receiving services. Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect the safety or effectiveness of the session.

• At Your Own Risk: All services are undertaken at the client’s own risk. Bliss Hub SA and its practitioners are not liable for any adverse effects, injuries, or outcomes resulting from participation in Reiki, crystal healing, or intuitive massage sessions. Clients are responsible for determining whether these services are suitable for their physical, mental, or emotional health.

• Consultation with Medical Professionals: Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns before participating in our services.

4. Payment

• Payment terms (e.g., rates, accepted payment methods) will be provided at the time of booking.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Refunds are not provided for completed services. Refunds for cancellations may be subject to our cancellation policy.

5. Conduct and Safety

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward practitioners and other clients.

• Bliss Hub SA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or poses a safety risk.

• Sessions may be terminated without refund if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Bliss Hub SA respects your privacy. Personal information provided during booking or sessions will be kept confidential, except where required by law.

• Crystal healing and Reiki sessions may involve sensitive personal information. Practitioners will maintain confidentiality, but clients should be aware that intuitive insights are not guaranteed to be accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Bliss Hub SA and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• The outcomes of Reiki, crystal healing, or intuitive massage sessions are not guaranteed, as results vary based on individual circumstances.

8. Modifications to Services

• Bliss Hub SA reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes to appointment schedules or service offerings will be communicated to clients as soon as possible.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Western Cape, South Africa.
