Hi, I’m Berna, the heart behind Blissfully Balanced. My journey began in 2010 as an internationally qualified nail technician and makeup artist, helping people feel beautiful and confident.
Over time, I realized beauty goes deeper—it can uplift the spirit. This inspired me to create a space where beauty meets holistic healing. In 2020, I became a Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Healer, and Life Coach, blending these practices with my spa expertise to nurture your mind, body, and soul. My mission is simple: to help you relax, release, reset, and re-leaf, because self-care isn’t selfish—it’s essential.
